How to Use Our Newly Integrated E-Commerce Website
We're excited to announce that our website has been upgraded, allowing you to purchase units directly—no need to visit a separate site (previously Sana). This update simplifies the checkout process.
We understand this may be confusing for first-time buyers on this new platform. To help you get started, we've provided a quick set of instructions below reviewing how to navigate our newly integrated e-commerce website. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Logging In
Existing customers:
For existing customers, please click “Login” and enter your email address. Shopify will send you an email with a code to login. Enter the code into the web page and you will gain access to a logged-in experience where you will be able to complete the below.

If you have not purchased products online from VPT in more than a year, you will need to register for a new account. You may see this message if you try to login with your previously approved email address.

New customers:
For new customers, please click “Register”. You will need to fill out the customer registration form in order to gain access. Within 1 business day of filling out the form you will have your account information sent to you via email. Once you receive an email confirmation, proceed to logging in. Contact us if you have any trouble.


How to Purchase Units
Once you are logged in, navigate to a product that has stock available for sale. Add the number of units you desire to your cart and proceed to check out.

NOTE:
All customers are limited to a maximum of:
- 9 count for individual units
- 27 total units
If you try to either add more than 9 per unit or exceed the max 27 units per cart, you will receive this message.

Click on the "+" to add a higher quantity to your cart, then click "Add to Cart". You will see an info box on the right hand side, this will update and show the units you just added to your cart.

Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of your screen or click "Checkout" on the info box.

Fill out payment information underneath the "Payment" section. If you need to change your shipping address, click "Use a different address" and add your preferred shipping location. If this message does not populate automatically please click the drop down arrow to the right.

Once you place your order, you will see a confirmation page confirming that your order was placed. If you have any questions after this process has been completed please contact sales.

If units are not in stock
If a unit is out of stock you can request a quote from the product page.
